Any Other Business
The secretary was approached by Gary Marshall regarding the draw;
Gary suggested “can you ask on Tuesday if when people arrive you put
them in the four balls that are there 1st i.e. first four people make
game one, next four game two, and so on, therefore encouraging them to
turn up early. Those that turn up after 0745 then go off last and not
like now when they could be of first. “
This was discussed and thought that this would be a move away from the
original spirit of the society, it was agreed unanimously to keep the
current format of the draw on Sundays.
