There is some discrepancy over the Singles game played between Gary Marshall and Joe Brownbill, both players and Players Rep [Singles Organiser] are to be approached to resolve the matter.

There were some remarks made by members over handicap awards to new members, awards given to new members were made from 3 score cards played of the white tees, returned to him by the new members, their scores where then adjusted up or down accordingly and a handicap awarded.

Calculation of a new member’s handicap is done using the CONGU Unified Handicapping System.

He reiterated that any handicap award to new members is on a provisional basis of 3 months and can be adjusted according to cards returned.
